This project consisted of the remediation and redevelopment of former industrial sites (8ha) at Brompton, South Australia. The sites contained approximately 500,000m3 of uncontrolled fill with an average fill depth of 8m. Site contamination consisted of metals and organic materials.

The end result following civil works was the development of residential Torrens title allotments for single and multiple dwellings sites.

Seventh St - Neighborhood Centre

The management of the rezoning, planning approval and design of a a modern new urbanist approach to the traditional neighbourhood centre model, the first of its kind in Adelaide.

The project had a number of complex issues including topography, rock and traffic access issues.

Seasons at Mt Barker - Urban Infill

Development Management of the civil and landscape works and financial and budgetary management of the project for Rivergum Homes development arm located in Mount Barker, South Australia, the largest residential growth region in the state. The end result following civil works was the development of residential Torrens title allotments for single and multiple dwellings sites.

Detmold - Brompton

Detmold Packaging’s Australian headquarters based on Brompton, South Australia is currently part of a developer funded DPA process which seeks to rezone their 4.1 hectare site to a residential/mixed-use zone. JSB Property and Advisory has been providing commercial advise to the group . Tasks include rezoning and infrastructure commercial advice, development feasibility and scenario analysis and project management.
